At Tennis ProSport, every order is prepared with the same care we'd put into stringing a competition racquet.

Order preparation and shipping

Your gear is carefully packed within 24 hours of your order, then shipped the next day. Orders placed during the weekend are processed on Monday.

Our carriers

We ship anywhere in Canada through a platform that selects, for each order, the fastest and most cost-effective carrier based on your delivery address. Your packages travel with one of our trusted partners: UPS, Purolator, Nationex, Intelcom, FedEx, or Canada Post.

Estimated delivery times (after shipping)

  • Quebec and Ontario: 1 to 2 business days
  • Western Canada and remote areas: 3 to 5 business days

These timeframes are provided as a guide and may vary depending on the carrier and your region.

Tracking your package

As soon as your order is ready to ship, you receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. You can follow your package in real time, right to your door.

Shipping fees

  • Free shipping on all orders of $100 or more (before tax) within Canada.
  • For orders under $100 within Canada, a flat shipping fee of $10 applies.
  • An express shipping option (2 to 4 business days) is also available for $17.50, selectable at checkout.
  • Cases of tennis balls are not eligible for free shipping. A flat shipping fee of $10 applies to each case, unless otherwise indicated during a promotion. Individual balls are not affected.

Shipping to the United States

We ship select products to the United States. Please note that any customs duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility. These fees are determined by U.S. customs authorities; Tennis ProSport has no control over these amounts and cannot estimate the total.
