Return and Refund Policy

Our Commitment

At Tennis ProSport, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a clear and fair return policy, compliant with Quebec's Consumer Protection Act.

Return window: 30 days from the date of product reception.


General Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the product must be:

  • In its original packaging, with tags intact
  • In new condition — unused, unworn outdoors
  • Accompanied by the invoice or order number
  • Inspected and approved by Jean-Michel Guimond upon arrival at the store

Refunds are processed only after physical inspection of the product at the store to confirm 100% new condition.

Purchase with 30% discount

  • 100% refund of the price paid
  • Return shipping at your expense
  • If you benefited from free shipping (orders $100+), it remains acquired, but the return is at your expense

Purchase with 50% discount or more

  • FINAL SALE — no returns, no refunds

Non-Returnable Items

The following items CANNOT be returned:

Racquets

  • Any racquet custom-strung (strings installed at your request)
  • Any racquet with the grip plastic removed
  • Any used racquet (signs of use, marks on the frame)

Strings

  • Any string already installed on a racquet
  • Opened or used reels

Shoes

  • Any shoe worn outdoors — even for a single walk
  • A shoe used outside automatically becomes final sale, even if purchased at regular price
  • Acceptable: shoes tried on indoors only, on a carpet or clean floor

Other

  • Items discounted at 50% or more (final sale)
  • Gift cards (non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash)
  • Worn clothing and undergarments
  • Custom or special-order items

Special Case — Trying Two Sizes

If you order 2 different sizes to try (e.g., 8.5 and 9):

  • Return accepted for the pair not kept
  • 100% refund of the price paid
  • $ Return shipping label is at your expense

Important: both pairs must be tried indoors only. A shoe worn outdoors is no longer returnable.


Return Procedure — Step by Step

Step 1 — Contact us

Before returning a product, contact us:

Provide your order number, the product(s) to return, and the reason for the return.

Step 2 — Prepare the package

  • Place the product in its original packaging
  • Include the invoice (or copy)
  • Pack carefully to avoid damage during transit

Choose your preferred carrier (Canada Post, Purolator, etc.) with tracking number.

Shipping Responsibility — Important

Returns are at the customer's expense and under the customer's responsibility. Tennis ProSport is not responsible for packages lost, damaged, or delayed by the carrier during the return.

In case of loss or damage of the package in transit:

  • Claim procedures with the carrier (Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx, UPS, etc.) remain the customer's responsibility
  • No refund will be issued for a product we have not physically received and inspected
  • Always keep your shipping proof with tracking number
Tip: Take out insurance on your package if the value exceeds $100. Tennis ProSport recommends shipping with signature confirmation.

Step 4 — Inspection

Upon receipt of the package, Jean-Michel Guimond personally inspects the product to confirm its 100% new condition.

Step 5 — Refund

If the product is approved:

  • Refund issued to the credit card used for the purchase
  • Processed within 5 to 10 business days
  • Confirmation by email

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective upon delivery or damaged in transit:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receipt
  2. Send us photos of the product and packaging
  3. We offer:
  • Free replacement (subject to availability), OR
  • Full refund (including shipping costs)
  1. Return shipping is at our expense in this case

? Exchanges

For an exchange of size or model:

  • Same procedure as a return (shipping at your expense)
  • Once the return is received and inspected, a new order is placed at the current price
  • If the desired item costs more: pay the difference
  • If the desired item costs less: refund the difference

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except in case of a manufacturing defect or a shipping error from Tennis ProSport.
