Shoes purchased in multiple models of the same size, or within half a size to one size larger for fitting purposes, can be returned at the customer’s expense, even if purchased at regular price. Returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, with tags still attached. Rackets cannot be returned if the protective plastic on the handle has been removed. Returns will not be accepted if this condition is not met, ensuring that all returned products are in a resalable condition.

Customers are responsible for all return postage, customs fees, taxes, and other charges associated with the return. We strongly recommend contacting the chosen carrier to minimize these fees and ensure a smooth return process. 

 10. Online Purchase Returns 

Online purchases can only be returned online or at our main store located on Chemin Ste-Foy. This policy is in place to ensure that returns are handled efficiently and in accordance with our store’s guidelines. 

 11. Shoes Condition 

Shoes must not be used or worn and must be returned within the stipulated period in their original box, placed inside a secure delivery box. This ensures that returned shoes remain in excellent condition for future customers. 

 12. Rackets Condition 

Rackets must be returned in their original packaging, including the protective plastic on the handle, and in the original delivery box. This policy ensures that returned rackets are in perfect condition for resale. 

 13. Clothing Condition 

Clothing must not be worn under any circumstances, and the price tag must remain attached. This policy maintains the integrity and quality of our clothing products for future customers. 

 14. Non-Exchangeable and Non-Returnable Items 

Gift cards, demo items, balls, shuttlecocks, strings, used products, worn products, and worn-out products are not eligible for exchange or return. This policy is in place to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and quality control for our customers.
