Tennis ProSport Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
1. Return and Refund Period
Customers can return their purchases within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Upon satisfactory inspection, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
2. Final Sale Items
Products that are discounted by 30% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. This policy is in place to ensure that our customers receive the best possible prices on clearance items, while also maintaining fairness in our returns process.
3. Return Shipping Costs for Sale Items

Shoes purchased in multiple models of the same size, or within half a size to one size larger for fitting purposes, can be returned at the customer’s expense, even if purchased at regular price. Rackets must be returned in their original packaging, including the protective plastic on the handle, and in the original delivery box. This policy ensures that returned rackets are in perfect condition for resale.
13. Clothing Condition
Clothing must not be worn under any circumstances, and the price tag must remain attached. This policy maintains the integrity and quality of our clothing products for future customers.
14. Non-Exchangeable and Non-Returnable Items
