To make a return, please contact us by email within 30 days from the confirmation of your purchase, at the following address: email@example.com, specifying your full name, your order number as well as the reason for the return.
We will then send you a return label. Return fees may apply under certain conditions.**
To return an item, it must be unused. It must be in its original packaging with all original tags still attached.
Racquets must remain in their plastic on the handle to be returned.
Stringed racquets can be returned but a fee of $ 15 + tx will be deducted from the refund. The string is not refundable.
Gift cards and items marked “final sale” are not exchangeable or refundable.
Free return is only availbale for product sell at regular price. If you buy a product in sale, we can charge a 10$ fee for the return label.

Once the item is returned, our team inspects it to make sure it can be refunded. If the item has not been used and is in its original condition, we proceed to the refund. If your item cannot be refunded, we will contact you to notify you. The refund will be applied on the original payment method you used. It may take up to seven business days for the refund amount to be deposited into your account.
We can replace items which are defective or damaged upon receipt of your package. A used item cannot be replaced.
