Pour retourner un article, ce dernier doit être inutilisé. Il doit être dans son emballage d'origine et toutes les étiquettes doivent demeurer attachées à l'article.

Les raquettes doivent demeurer dans leur emballage de plastique pour pouvoir être retournées.

Les raquettes cordées peuvent être retournées mais des frais de 15$ + tx seront déduits du remboursement effectué. Le cordage n'est pas remboursable.

Une fois l'article retourné, il doit être inspecté par notre équipe avant que le remboursement ne soit effectué. Si l'article n'a pas été utilisé et qu'il est dans son état initial, nous procédons au remboursement. Si votre article ne peut être remboursé, nous vous contacterons pour vous en aviser. Le montant du remboursement sera déposé sur le moyen de paiement utilisé initialement pour l'achat.
